Terms of Service

By accessing or using TCalc.it ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

TCalc.it is a professional time-math tool. The calculator itself runs in your browser or on your device and does not require our servers to work. Online features (accounts and cloud sync) are provided on an "as available" basis: we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may modify or discontinue them with reasonable notice, subject to section 4a.

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activity occurring under your account.

One-time purchase: Pro is bought once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel.

What Pro unlocks: Pro unlocks features that run on your device: every keypad layout, unlimited custom layouts, and unlimited custom buttons. These keep working on a device where Pro has been activated, with or without a connection to us, and they do not depend on this service continuing to operate.

Cloud sync is not part of the purchase. Syncing history, layouts and settings across devices is a free convenience for signed-in users, on the Free tier as well as Pro. It is not sold, and is covered by section 4a.

Refunds: Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are refunded under those stores' policies. Purchases made on the web are refundable within 14 days. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.

We may stop operating the online parts of TCalc.it. If that happens, these commitments apply:

• At least 6 months' notice by email to registered users and on this website before online features are switched off.
• Pro keeps working. Features unlocked by a Pro purchase run on your device and are not switched off with the service.
• Sales stop when notice is given, so nobody buys Pro shortly before the service ends.
• You can export your data throughout the notice period.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
• Share Pro account access with third parties.
• Use the Service to automate high-frequency infrastructure requests.

We own the software, branding, and code. You own your data (calculation history). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the Service.

CRITICAL NOTICE ON CALCULATIONS:

Time-math is complex and influenced by external factors including, but not limited to, time zone shifts, daylight savings changes, and leap seconds. TCalc.it is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional legal, aviation, or medical timing software.

We do not warrant that results are 100% error-free. Always verify critical calculations independently.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TCALC.IT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US FOR THE SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT AFFECT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Your use of TCalc.it is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

The Service is operated by Michal Kalous, a sole trader registered in the Czech Republic (IČO 75181487), with registered office at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic.
