TCalc.it ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle data for the TCalc.it app. We strictly adhere to the "Data Minimization" principle—we only collect what is absolutely necessary to make the app work.
Account Data: Email, display name, and profile photo via Google/Apple/Email.
Usage Data: Calculation layouts and preferences synced to your account.
Analytics Data: We record which features are used: the kind of value in a calculation (a duration, a date, a timecode), which output format and keypad you pick, and expressions the calculator failed to parse, so we can fix them. We do not record the results of your calculations, and successful expressions are never sent.
Identifiers: We use device and installation identifiers to keep you signed in and make app features work. The app currently shows no advertising, and we do not use mobile advertising IDs. If we ever introduce ads, this policy and an in-app consent flow will be updated first.
Cookies & Website Analytics: The tcalc.it website uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages visited, feature engagement). Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer. We do not use cookies for advertising.
Sensitive Data: We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., biometric or health data).
To provide our service, we share limited data with:

If you are in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
